SIDGI suite – Telephone directory

• Allows centralized or decentralized management;
• Access rights are managed by direction where a user can administer one or more directions;
• The phone directory homepage (where we make the search and post the results) can be modified to get harmonized with the identity of your organization. A meeting will allow defining colors, images and arrangement of elements on the page. For example, we can use your intranet or Internet colors and images;
• The administrators’ authentication is made in LDAP, thus no management of passwords required;
• Allows every user of your organization to make a demand for modification, addition or deletion in the phone directory. This demand will then be accepted or refused by the responsible person;
• An alert can be sent to all responsible persons when a demand of addition, modification or deletion is received.
• An advanced search allows to look for a person with one of any of the following elements: direction, service, sector, title of employment;
• Also allows the addition of the fax list;
• No client installation required. Can be easily integrated into your intranet as is 100 % WEB.

• Save time with the update of the information associated to users in the help desk. If both modules are present, management of the users will be made through the telephone directory.
