Reports generator:

  • Our system of inventory includes a powerful reports generator, allowing you to produce a large number of equipment lists answering your conditions and showing only the fields which you want to see;
  • Statistical reports allowing you to obtain a multitude of information such as number of equipment per organizational unit (ideal for establishment with their billing process per department/service);
  • We are opened to suggestions for the creation of new reports;
  • You could easily export generated reports in an electronic calculator or word processor.

Example of reports which can be generated:

  • List of computers with Windows XP installed. Displays desktop name, user name and location;
  • List of 17-inch screens. Displays the brand, model and inventory number;
  • List of computers with a fixed IP address. Displays inventory number, desktop name, location and the IP address;
  • List of providers;
  • List of software;
  • List of unused computers (in stock). Displays inventory number, processor(s) speed, location, hard disk capacity and quantity;
  • List of equipments ‘barcode reader’. Displays name, brand, purchase order number and guarantee end-date;
  • List of fixed IP addresses.

Additional interesting features from our computer inventory:

  • The supplier list can be used as a centralized directory;
  • Localizing a desktop promptly, either by its physical location or organizational unit;
  • Easy location of equipments with fixed IP address;
  • Allows the association of a desktop to its user;
  • Allows the management of purchase order with the option of associating equipments.

Connection to the SIDGI help desk:

  • In the event the SIDGI help desk module is present, it can be associated to the service call, to allow making a follow-up on the history of the interventions by equipment;
  • If you already have a solution for your inventory, it is possible to synchronize this one with the SIDGI inventory where we can then make the link between your users and their workstations in the help desk. We currently offer the synchronisation with Zenworks 7.
